Engine oil pan

Hi all, I’m wanting now to clean and dress up my engine. I’m looking for an aluminium sump. Trouble is having not being able to identify the engine year not sure what to get. My trike is 96 bought complete in 96 from BH. Would they have used new engines. It’s all cast iron engine. How many engine types would there be ?
Any advice would be appreciated.
